Bumps on scalp
I am having many red bumps on my scalp which are very painful when touched by comb or something else. And it's everywhere on the scalp , one goes other appears. I shampoo my hair daily. What should I do?

You seem to have folliculitis over the scalp . Try Cetrimide shampoo weekly thrice and avoid oiling the scalp.
