Bumps or pimples on underarm..
Very good evening..
I have a problem underarm where there is pimples or bump. exposed out side and two more from inside on the nerve .
I can feel the pain when ever I raise my hand ..
Same problem on both the underarms.
When pressed fus or pus is coming out in cream colour.
Please give me any suggestions

You might be having hidradenitis suppuritiva. It needs a complete course of appropriate antibiotics or retinoids depending on the severity. Provide with photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment can be given accordingly.
