Burn on face using lime and washing soda

I had warts on my face and I used many homeopthic medicine but it can't cured and someone suggest me to use lime and soda so I used like and washing soda on my face for nearly 1 hour and I have deadly burn on my face skin on many places so what should I do now. Should I consult skin doctor ?
