Burning mouth syndrome
I have severe burning and pricking pain on right side of my tongue, gums and back of the throat from past 4 years. The pain and burning gets aggravated due to acid reflux. Its starts in the morning and gradually increases as the day goes on. I have done nerve block, styloidectomy and recently did an impacted wisdom tooth extraction still no relief. Also tried homeopathy. Recently consulted an oral medicine and radiology specialist and got to know that it is BMS. Is there any cure for this condition??
