Burning pain in throat, nasopharynx & ear
I am having persistent episodes of burning pain in only left side of throat left ear and nasopharynx area and lower left side of lip since 2 years. Did multiple  test CT PNS, neck USG, CBC, ESR, LFT, ENDOSCOPY, Throat culture, Urine, renal etc etc. Nothing serious found. Visited almost 10-15 doctors but no solution found. For some it is silent reflux, for some glossopharyngeal neuralgia and tonsillitis. I am exhausted completely now. What are options left for me. I searched google and it is saying it can be CANCER, i am terrified and depressed. I am attaching my throat pic.

Sir , don't be panic . If you have already consulted ENT surgeon . And he has evaluated all then no need to worry about cancer . On pic I can see some congestion is there . Need basic antibiotics coverage and need to evaluate cause . Most of the time gerd is the cause.
