Burning sensation & pain in outer thigh

Hi, I have been experiencing burning sensation and pain in my left thigh. It started just below the left pocket of my jeans where I keep my mobile last night and moved to a outer side of the thigh when I wake up this morning. Plz suggest. Regards, Manpreet
