Burning sensation

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I hv been taking Panmasala for last 5yrs. Now I am feeling burning sensation in my tongue, roof and outside area of lips while taking food. I am not taking any irretants for last one month. HV taken 1 becosul capsule and 1 SM fibro for last 11days. But burning sensation not resolved. Kindly suggest something to get rid of. My mouth opening is 35mm.

You need to go for a clinical examination. It is high time you stop asking for suggestions online and start getting treated by a dentist. Kindly do not delay treatment. See an oral medicine specialist if you have already seen a dentist or ask your dentist for a referral. Treating burning isnt enough. You need to treat the problem causing the burning. Since you already know your mouth opening, looks like you already either know what it is through a dentist or from online sources. Burning mouth can be associated with oral sub mucous fibrosis or many other issues including gerd. But these are warning signs which should never be taken lightly or delayed. Please see your dentist as soon as possible
