Burning sensation in both underarms
Usually during night time I get the burning sensation in both my underarms and red patches form , sometimes it is very irritating because I am not able to sleep and I am facing this situation from last year. I tries to neglect it but it is unbearable... please help

Hello...... Burning sensation could be due to fungal infection... Maintain area dry and clean ..bath daily, don't sleep with soaked underwater ,use antifungal dusting powder .. You can apply ointment also .. Apply it in night wash in morning .. If all these doesn't work you may need to take tablets ,consult dermatologist..
