Burning sensation in middle of back

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I’ve been having this constant burning shooting pain in the middle of my back by my spine on my left side for a few months, I’m unsure if it’s because of my posture because I work in an office and I’m always slouched. The reason I’m quite worried is because I have a mole near the pain but not directly on the mole itself. I was just asking for some advice on what I should do
