C SECTION STITCH ITCHING WITH SMELL

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi doctors I underwent csec by feb7 2018 and during first 3 days itself i had a open and was fixed with drain for a month.. Now its almost 8.5 months i constantly have itching in the stitch spot and a strange smell comes up(post sweaty work).but its not sweat smell for sure. Pls help.. attached the picture for reference Pls help
