Hi there is a disc bulge at c5  ,c 6 level and Nerve involvement is there at that level. Need to visit a good physiotherapist and get it done neural mobilization technique . Should give you good amount of pain relief . And also you need to start doing initially isometric exercises and later need to maintain the muscle strength by specific prescribed exercises

initially if you are getting more pain . need to take antiinflammatory and pain killer if it's required.

electrotherapy also need to be applied to decrease your pain initially and later Physio can actually work on strengthening phase once pain subsides. need to assess more for more details. regards
