Hello Dr. i need to know daily dosage of calcium as i realized that my bones are weak because from last week i was having little pain in my joints and bones additionally i also workout so i decided to take 'Shelcal 500mg' tablets as prescribed by medical store owner. wanna know at what time to take it

You should try including calcium based diet in your daily meals( dairy items,spinach, seeds etc) and exercise regularly to improve bone density. Hi there Minimum calcium intake for an adult aged 19-50 is 1000mg per day which can exceed to 2500 mg in certain cases. For dosage of shelcal 500 mg consult any orthopedic doctor.
