Hello,
First UTI infectioned took medicine and rolled out but pain in lower right side of ribs so done with scan result comes as calculi in kidney what should follow and is that range need to blast by nephrologist??

Maintain a urine output of around 2-3 litres per day. Get renal function test, to assess the extent of damage to your kidneys. NCCT to make sure you do not have any stone stuck lower down ( often missed by ultrasound). If renal function is fine and we are not missing a stone, good water intake is enough, no medication needed
