Calculus in LVUJ
My brother in law sufferd severe abdominal and on doing ultrasound one 8 mm xalculus was found in his left VUJ. SIR, will it require surgery or medication can help the calculus out through urine?

He needs to drink plenty of water, and can try few tabs like tamsulosin and drotaverine. If pain becomes severe or persists beyond 1-2 days then consult a urologist and get a repeat scan done. If location is unchanged then needs removal.
