Can a ultrasound be wrong it says my wife is 13weeks and 6 days but I've only been here 9 weeks today before that I was gone for a year Is this child mine? Her last known abnormal period was Jan 28

The gestational age is calculated starting from last menstrual period..so it's usually 2-4 wks more
