Can be brush teeth after normal delivery
My delivery date is 06/12/17
And my mother in law and many experience women has refused me to clean my teeth ...plz provide some important direction and explanations

Obviously you can brush your teeth. There is no scientific reason for not brushing teeth. Just take care that you use warm water and gargle gently.
