Can i do skipping
I am 27 year old female, weight 75 kg, i was diagnosed with mild oesteopenia but doctor said this condition is reversible if you take proper food and loose weight. Can i do skipping to loose weight? Will it harm my knees? Is it advicable?

It's a good decision to start working towards losing weight I respect and appreciate you for that 
Next Steps
However skipping can put a lot of stress on your plantar fascia at this body weight besides your knees. May be you could start skipping after losing couple of kilos. If you still wish to keep the reps below 75 at one go
Health Tips
Start with brisk walking (ofcourse after the lockdown), start sprinting in between once you feel comfortable, couple that up with stationary cycling and intermittent fasting
