I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing back pain. It's important to follow your doctor's advice and take the necessary rest to allow your body to heal. This may involve avoiding activities that could exacerbate your pain, including prolonged sitting or standing. As for studying, it's important to listen to your body and avoid any activities that could worsen your pain. If you feel comfortable studying while lying down or in a comfortable position, then it may be okay to do so. However, if studying causes you discomfort or pain, it's best to take a break and focus on resting and allowing your body to heal. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being, and to give your body the time it needs to recover. If your pain persists or worsens, please seek medical attention to ensure that you receive the appropriate care and treatment for your condition.
