Can I take tablet with milk?
The tablet contains methylcobalamin, alpha lipoic acid, folic acid, pyridoxine HCl and vitamin d3. Is it okay to take it with milk? Someone advised that it should be taken only with milk but can I take it with water?

You should take all medicines with water. Milk has Calcium and Calcium can make insoluble radicals if it is used to swallow tablets.
