Can i use cheap sunglasses (less price) for whole day. Can it protect my eyes from uv rays? Have any disadvantages from it?

Cheap sunglasses can certainly protect your eyes from the glaring rays of the sun, but only to a certain extent. Some inexpensive sunglasses offer exceptional UV protection for your eyes while others don't offer nearly enough.
The best way to get enough eye protection from your sunglasses is to get prescription lenses from your optometrist or ophthalmologist which has features that protect your eyes, like UV protection, glare protection, and uniform lens shape and tint.
