Hello, I am a 24 year old married woman. My husband and I are having our first child and we are taking all possible precautions to ensure the health of the baby. It’ll soon be my 9 month and I wanted to know can I walk in 9th month of pregnancy?

Yes you can and you should walk. Walking is good for health. Avoid strenous activities but normal walking is not harmful unless you have been specifically advised bed rest by your doctor.
