Can Std Infection Cause ED. Etc!

I have intercouse With a girl in 6 month ago, and she had chamadiya and other std infection and than 15 days later some races appears in my penis and lympnodes also enlarge, I apply fungle infection creme in penis races and race reduce but not fully, than I go again for intercouse and my eract penis foreskin blood leaking from the races, and then my penis eraction problem start, but whan I take anitibiotic  1 tablet azithromycin my penis is eract, but this only happen one time, and than tablet is not work, and after some month again I take azithromycin antibiotic than my penis is eract but now this tablet not work, Can Bacterial infection cause Ed, and how to treat this infection when some antibiotics resistant like doxycycline, Azithromycin, Zifi o, Zifi 200, Augmintin Etc
