I can't feel anything. I have stopped talking. I laugh but do not get any happiness. I laugh and just stop. I feel like shouting and yelling but cant able to do that. Feel like crying and when I try to cry but that also I am unable to do. Sometimes I keep on talking to myself. Nothing excites me. I find nothing interesting. Sometimes I get sad but most of the time I don't feel anything.

Hello,
You've taken the first step by approaching an appropriate platform.
You now may have to find the emotional courage to talk at length about it to a counsellor who can listen and respond with empathy and work through the issue.
Counselling is not only about sharing your problems, but working on the causes of certain issues and moving towards certain goals to better mental health and wellbeing.
Next Steps
There are quite a few resources available, I hope you find a counsellor here or online that you feel comfortable with.
