Can't feel sex, can't feel my head.

My head feels numb, I feel nothing in my head and I suddenly forget things. I can't feel my vagina and clitoris. I am getting zero pleasure from masturbation and any sexual activity including vaginal sex and oral sex. I am not getting that current-like pleasure when I cuddle any man. Earlier I used to get pleasure by cuddling a man,  earlier my clitoris would get erected by just touching. But now my clitoris is not getting erect because I cannot feel ANYTHING in my head. I cannot plan things, I don't remember things. It's been two years since I am suffering from this. Brain MRI says mild narrowing of cavernous part of bilateral internal carotid arteries and I have mild disc bulge at c3 c4 c5 c6 c7 in neck MRI. I really want to get my feelings back and I want to remember things
