My daughter is 6 year old and has no of -4.25, What does this mean and what is the correct treatment we need to do, please suggest. She is unable to see far of objects. It's seems blur to her

She is having Myopia.pl use glasses constantly.pl have Regular check ups.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .
