Reasons for not able to sleep can be many. Consult your doctor first and rule out any health related issues due to deficiencies etc. If all under control physically then you may have to meet a Counsellor to help you manage your emotional related issues. There could be many known and unknown reasons (if that may be unconsciously hampering your sleep)
