Hello
No ways!! Tretinoin 0.05% that too directly on sensitive skin!! Big no no!!
There is proper method by which tretinoin is to be used
It has to be decided by doctor whether to incorporate tretinoin or not
It can lead to redness, peeling and irritation which could lead to Retinoid dermatitis
If doctor has started tretinoin, it's protocol to prescribe a skincare regime including sunscreen and moisturizer
You need to share detailed history and relevant photographs for the same

Don't ever use combination creams as it has lots of side effects especially due to steroids in it.. Take proper treatment from a skin specialist or you can directly visit our site www.skindoctortokas.com for skin consultation purposes.
