Hi...never mix drugs from allopathic and other alternative medicines...we don't know how the cocktail of drugs interact!!
So to be safe....use either one...never both together!

Hi
Better not to mix both
And also nasal polyps should be treated with allopathy as you have Diabetes you will be prone for fungal infections in nose which is difficult to treat.
Hi, we dont know whats the contents used in homeopathy, when there are any side effects, we cannot pin point to a drug, cross reactions may happen between different class of medicines. So better to avoid either allopathy or homepathy.
Myself being an allopath, cannot and shouldn’t comment of efficacy of other branch of medicine. Allergic rhinitis and nasal polyposis do respond to allopathy, that’s all I know.
If you have polyps you need to treated for the ailments rigorously to control sugar and surgery if needed
Latter on homeopathic treatment for allergies can be continued
Next Steps
CT scan and other relevant investigations are needed
