Mostly yeast infection leads to curry white discharge . Yellowish discharge with foul smell or itching could be related to bacterial infection. It most commonly happens if you take antifungal medications alone to treat the yeast infection as it disturbs the harmony of bacterial - fungi balance in nature. Ideally you must get a swab test done and take antibiotics accordingly.
