The report shows Erythrocytes Sedimentation rate.
In simple language it means that if a calibrated tube is filled with blood and made to stand upright, how fast the solid components of blood (cells, proteins etc) will settle to the bottom of the tube leaving clear fluid on top. It is measured as so many mm of clear fluid on top, at the end of one hour.
That means the solids have settled down or sedimented.
It is a non specific test which just shows that something is wrong.
In your case the report of 88 mm is a high report.
