My mother had slipped and twisted her right arm and is unable to move it. The arm pains severely when moving it and cannot be raised upward. X-ray shows no fracture. She's been on muscle relaxants but there has not been much relief. What can the problem be?

It might have rotator cuff injury or tendon tear... If pain persist take an mri and confirm the diagnosis.... Depend on the findings clinical decision will be made
