Cant sit cross legged
Hello, If I sit for meditation for 15 min my left leg goes numb till knees & I think it goes till hip later. My right leg is totally fine. Only the left leg goes numb till hip..i suffered from cervical spondylitis also but this was before spondylitis happened to me. Kindly advise whom to consult or can it reversed through yoga exercises Thanks

Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. U need orthopaedic surgeon consultation. It is not related to cervical Spondilitis. Cause might be in lumbosacral spine or in knee.
