Car accident
I had a car accident 4 days ago. Immediately taken to hospital. No broken bones or physical injury. But hv pain in centre of my chest. Was wearing seat belt. My upper back also starts to ache after sitting for few hours or carring a bag.

It is good that you had no bony injuries, but it can be some soft tissue injury.
you show to some nearby doctor/ physiotherapy clinic they can assess and do the treatment.

Nothing to worry it is just a jerk by reversal effect of belt in protecting your chest. If it won't resolve in few days then consult nearby physio.
