I understand that you don't wish to be a doctor. But analyse is it because you never wanted to be one or because currently there are obstacles in the course of your study. There are options of career counselling available. Look for a psychologist who can conduct certain aptitude tests, interest tests and personality test for you to understand what would be the most suitable profession for you. Don't lose heart, you are very young, and making a rigid career choice is difficult at this age. It takes time, exposure to a field to really know what we like to do and whether we have the aptitude to do that or not. Take a break, go back home, see if you can get in touch with a career counsellor in your hometown. Becoming a doctor requires a lot of years of education, rigorous training, dedication, financial assistance as well. If you think you are not cut out for mainstream medicine, you can always be in other helping profession or other lucrative professions.
