Hello sir...
Based on the radiological examination the cavity looks close to pulp...the pain may arise in future if the cavity reaches the pulp in future... so you can go filling with calcium hydroxide sub base which will helps to forms a protective layer over the pulp.....
If pain arise in future you can go with ROOT CANAL TREATMENT AND CAPPING....
Next Steps

Actually pain is not the criteria sometimes it may so happen that there may not be any pain even if nerve is involved.so root canal is not our choice but will depend on the extent of decay. Whatever it is it is important to save the tooth.so please don’t delay.
Food impaction and sensitivity indicates a carious tooth (decay). Fortunately you don’t have pain which might mean that the decay has not yet progressed to the pulp tissue.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist at the earliest and get a filling done
Hello sir, since it's not involving pulp but deep you may go for a filling with base. But in the future if pain arises you may have to go for root canal.

If you have only sensitivity and no pain. Then no need root canal treatment. We can save the tooth with laser treatment. We have done many like this for kids and adults
