My father have cataract in his eyes from last 2 years and his eyes are dropping tears in continuation.

There are many causes for watering like dryness, lacrimal passage blockage
It is very difficult to comment without examining him
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

The cataract and watering may not be related to each other. The watering maybe due to a number of reasons which one can treat only after a throrough examination. Your father would require to consult an eye doctor for the eye watering as well as cataract surgery.
