While fully agreeing with Dr. Chirag Bhandari's illuminating reply, I would like to add that your not-so-hard erections may not be due to phimosis, unless it is causing pain upon erection. We also need to determine if it is a tight foreskin or a short frenulum and if the penile curvature is due to the short frenulum. A urologist's examination helps sort it out. If you are seriously concerned about rigidity of the erections, a ICVAD test can ascertain that. Urologists do it.
