Sir i have lost my one molar tooth,and two suffering from cavity sir now i eligible to join navy or army??

No, you have to pass their general and dental health check-up. If you have missing teeth and cavities, then you cannot clear the screening. You will have to get missing tooth replaced and cavity fillings done before applying. I know because one of my patient did all his dental treatment before joining police.
