Is Cervical Cancer vaccination mandatory?
How effective is it at the age of 27?

Cervical cancer vaccination is not mandatory, but recommended. Though the maximum efficacy is seen when administered in the early years of sexual activity, efficacy is seen in late 20s as well, so you may go ahead for it. For further details please consult

Hence we suggest between 9 to 13 yrs for maximuk efficiacy..
It can be used up to 40 yrs of age though enough data supports it before first sexual exposure..
