Cervical pain
My friend is having cervical pain for 10days. He has severe pain in his head, neck and now in the back, he can't even sleep properly. Please suggest what to do? Should we give him some medicine or any ointment could work?

Pain in the neck region and back could be due to wrong pillows ,change in posture
Associated headache needs to be looked into.
