Hi I am going through disc bulge in c5, c6,c7 since a month ...having motor pain in left side hand triceps and upper chest ...have been trying Physiotherapy and swimming ...kindly help me with treatment

Swimming will increase your Pain. It Takes Time but Physiotherapy will Help you for Sure. Treatment Style and Exercises of Ever Physio is Different So Take Better Care of it.

Greetings, sorry about the pain. Disc problem is not a concern, just that your muscles are tight.

get massage done by physio or ayurveda and half the pain will resolve in 2 days. avoid swimming at this stage. it is the worse thing to do now. get posture correction done by physio and once you get a good posture in 2-3 months, then think about swimming.
Hi.., my advice will be to continue with the physiotherapy in the form of cervical traction or IFT.. alongwith neck core n neck isometric exercises..
Also learn n strictly follow posture n ergonomic advice..
