Cervical ,thoracic and lumbar pain
Been having severe ache in my neck and spinal region till my lumbar region since past many months and is getting worse . I'm slightly over weight and a student . Just completed my Msc with years of late night . Please help

Hi Plz try to reduce ur weight..once u loose ur weight everything will subside..
