Chances of pregnancy
Me and my wife do sex last month after that she get contraceptive pill and after 25 day she got periods only but that time she got only spotting in periods and after that periods still not come so is this any chances of pregnancy???

I think she should have a pregnancy test. It's very easy and you can do at home with pregnancy kit.
