I have a baby of 3 and a half month old. My last period on July 29. Then I missed my period. Intercourse on October 4th. Any chance to get pregnant?

Any unprotected sex carries a risk of pregnancy. You will need to do a urine pregnancy test to confirm.
Even though it is less than six months from your delivery, you have a chance of ovulating because you have started getting bleeds. Very often if women are breast feeding day and night and do not get any bleeds one can assume that they are not ovulating and therefore the risk of pregnancy is low.
