Change in eyesight number
Does the opthalmologist needs previous record of eyesight number to see whether number has increased or decreased now? If patient does not have such symptoms like headache or watery eyes so still is there any chance that number must have increase or decreased?

Hello A. Previous glasses prescription is important..in its absence we can find the power of glasses from glasses only by lensometer. B. Power may increase in absence of headache or watering
