Change of taste during pregnancy
Hi. My wife is 7 week and 5 days pregnant. She is facing problem of changing taste of food (kadwa). She is also not taking much water. Is it normal during pregnancy? She is also not drinking much water.. so there could be a issue??? Or can she drink Much Glucond D or not? Because everyone time she want to drink Glucond d. So it is safe???

In early preagnency she may get these problems, she can eat or drink whatever she likes,take small frequent meals, avoid oily spicy food, take healthy vegetables salads, drink adequate water.

Take small frequent meals like lemon rice or curd rice or coconut rice Take a biscuit packet like Parle G or tiger or milk Bikkis in place of glucose powder

Take a boiled egg daily Avoid pickles and spicy food Take bland diet Take plenty of water and fruits juice and curd and buttermilk and lassi Avoid tea and coffee Take cap Fol 123 Take Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Get NT scan done at 11 weeks

Yes  it's safe. Also let her take whatever she wants except foods contraindicated by your gynaecologist. She shouldrake little thingsevery 2 hrs .
