Cheek bites
Please see picture!! I don't have sharp edges or anything, but i get these cheek bites traumas very often! What is the cure? Iam applying mucopain gel but not much relief. I did show myself physically.. any treatment in costmetology for this ? Iam not eating any new spices or changed my diet, no allergies, vitamins are fine too

Get an OPG done to check if your wisdom tooth is impacted and also the position of your upper wisdom tooth.

Visit a dentist first n go for opg   n bite check up ... B-complex tablets daily once

Little friction from your teeth. It happens on and off with everyone. Don’t be concerned. It’s nothing major and definitely nothing to worry about

Upper wisdom tooth placement may be problem, get opg Xray once, take clinical opinion too

Frequent cheek bite can be because of malaligned teeth, sharp teeth etc. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment(as/if required)
