My friend had stomach cancer and she had undergone chemotherapy 4 sessions. Now on a blood test, her mcv, mch and neutrophil counts are found to be slightly less. What should we do

This reports are after how long from chemo session. As of it is done very early after chemo session than it could be normal response but if it is long standing than needs to be investigated to rule out marrow spread
