Chest and kidney discomfo
I'm feeling occassional pressure and pain in the middle and left side of chest. recent days I'm even feel slight pressure at back of chest. when checked ECG, cardialogist in ramakrishna hospital confirmed, no sign of heart diseases and gave prescription for gas trouble.
Now a days I'm feeling very weak and tired. I couldnt even carry my 8 months baby for long time. vision degrading a little.
when I respirate deep and observe the breath I can feel some discomfort in my kidneys too (back and below the ribs). does it have any connection to kidney disorder? or what should be my next move? I'm worried please help with your advice.

Hello there..... It could be due to gastric issues ..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
.Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
