Chest discomfort and too much gas releas

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Sir Iam struggling chest discomfort and too much gastric problem last one year. I have done all the test related to heart all reports are normal like ecg 2 times last one year echo 2 times tmt one time and tropinin I and T. Last three months my arms are cramping and numbness of leg and hand some time and upper back pain .My bp 130/90 some time doctor clinic it will be more if purposely visit for bp. Please advise.

I understand that u don't have significant cardiac issue. Ur chest discomfort could be due to gastric issues but I need more details on that. A detailed history and upper GI endoscopy will go a long way in making a correct diagnosis.
